Every message sent through this page reaches Elhoucine Lazrak, who writes and edits HealthMagHub. There is no support desk and no contact team — one person reads them, which is slower than an inbox with staff behind it but means your message is actually read.
What is worth writing about
Corrections. The most valuable message you can send. If a figure looks wrong, a citation does not support the claim attached to it, or a guideline has been updated since we published, please say so. Corrections are made and dated rather than quietly edited out, and our editorial standards explain how that works.
Broken or outdated links. Studies get moved, agencies restructure their sites, and citations rot. If a source link fails, tell us which article it was on.
Topic suggestions. If you searched for something and could not find a straight answer anywhere, that is often exactly the gap worth filling. Tell us what you were trying to find out.
Questions about an article. If something was unclear, ambiguous, or seemed to contradict another piece on the site, that is useful feedback — usually it means the writing failed, not the reader.
Republishing and permissions. If you would like to quote, translate, or reproduce part of an article, get in touch first. We are generally happy to say yes with attribution.
Editorial collaboration. Proposals from clinicians, researchers and writers with genuine subject expertise are welcome. Tell us what you would want to write about and what qualifies you to write it.
Advertising, sponsorship and partnerships. These are read, though editorial independence is not negotiable — no arrangement changes what an article concludes.
Privacy and data requests. Questions about how your data is handled, or a request relating to it, can be sent here. Our privacy policy covers the detail.
What we cannot help with
Personal medical questions. This is the important one. We cannot tell you what your symptoms mean, whether a supplement is safe alongside your medication, whether to change a dose, or what a test result indicates.
That is not reluctance — it would be unsafe and it is not something we are qualified to do. No clinician reviews this site and its author is not a medical professional. Those questions belong with your doctor or pharmacist, who can see your history. Our medical disclaimer sets out the boundary in full.
Please also do not send detailed medical information about yourself or anyone else. We cannot act on it, and a contact form is not a secure place to put it.
If this is urgent, do not use this form. Call 911 or your local emergency number. Nobody monitors this inbox around the clock.
What to expect
Replies usually go out within a few days. Corrections and factual errors are prioritized over everything else — those get looked at first, because a wrong figure on a health page can matter to someone.
Mass-mailed link exchange requests and AI-generated article pitches are not answered. A specific message about a specific article always gets further than a template.
Including the article URL in your message makes a reply considerably faster.
Before you write
Some questions are already answered elsewhere on the site. Our about the author page covers who writes here and why, how we research explains how sources are chosen and weighed, and editorial standards covers corrections, updates and what we will and will not publish.
